As Chief Executive Officer, Paul is responsible for the company’s billion dollar’s of assets under management, the overall financial performance as well as managing investor portfolios.

Paul has held various executive leadership positions in the financial services and agricultural sectors including Senior Vice President, Business Development for AgStar Financial Services and was a member of AgStar’s executive team. While at AgStar Paul founded Agri-Access where he led a number of important initiatives including building a national agricultural lending program over his sixteen-year tenure. Paul was involved in all facets of lending while at AgStar including loan origination, loan approval and the closing process and worked closely with staff on all distressed assets.

Prior to his role with AgStar, Paul was the Director of Business Development for the U.S. and Canada for DuPont Optimum Quality Grains. In that role he was responsible for business development activities and grain contracting.

Paul received his AAS in Agribusiness from Des Moines Area Community College. A BS in Animal Science from Iowa State University with continuing education at Iowa State University and Harvard Business School. Paul grew up on a small grain and beef cattle farm in northern Minnesota.
