As Executive Vice President, David is responsible for managing current investors, identifying potential investors, and developing new financial products.  David participates in strategic decision making, asset/liability management and other financial decisions.

David has held various executive leadership positions in the financial services industry including Stonehenge Structured Finance Partners, which is a merchant bank that provides and raises capital for middle market companies.  In this role, he completed a rated synthetic securitization collateralized by agricultural leases and invested and raised capital for various other finance companies.

Prior to his role with Stonehenge, David was the Senior Managing Director of Structured Finance at Red Capital Group.  In this role, David provided investment banking services to middle market company.  These products included 144A term private placements, conduit transactions, warehouse lines, and advisory services.

David has a BS in Accounting from Miami University and an MBA from Ohio State University.
